Strong people management experience **Responsibilities:** * Manage the team responsible for implementing and optimizing the company's internal systems' Data Governance and Data Quality strategy; * Enhance and explore additional uses for existing data; * Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) to develop a cohesive data strategy aligned with D&A objectives; * Create materials and train teams on data strategy, supporting functions, responsibilities, operational model, and resources. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics-related fields; * Advanced or fluent English; * Experience in analysis, product management, and/or consulting in data governance and data quality; * Experience with frameworks: DAMA-BOK, DCAM, LGPD, or COBIT; * Knowledge of the credit segment; * Strong people management experience; * Experience with product and work management tools; * Experience with data analytics solutions. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP — therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in a region with easy commuting access.**
