Focus on innovation and optimization of solutions **Description:** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Foster the development of coordinators / teams under management to drive growth and build a high-performance team; Cascade company goals to the team and ensure achievement of expected results through meetings, structuring necessary actions, and monitoring ongoing projects; Monitor team delivery schedules aligned with corporate strategic planning by evaluating customer demands, prioritizing projects, and conducting frequent follow-ups, including interface management with other teams; Conduct and/or monitor budget planning, ensuring compliance by direct reports through overtime tracking, cost savings (vacancies, terminations, and salary actions), time banks, third-party control, travel expenses, etc.; Analyze and approve, together with direct reports, eligibility for salary actions and recognition initiatives (training and appreciation programs). Team revitalization (member movement, job rotation, and offboarding); Train and develop successors within the organizational structure; Monitor and review processes applied to Squads/Development Teams to optimize deliveries and provide visibility across the entire organization. Monitor strategic and critical projects within the area; Identify market opportunities and trends to maximize competitiveness of area solutions through research, participation in technology events, and training; Monitor product quality evolution, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement.
