




**Job Description:** We are looking for a professional to provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and email, offering assistance and clarifying questions related to the flexography sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organization, and basic knowledge of printing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email promptly and courteously. * Provide detailed information about flexographic products and services. * Process orders and follow up on customer requests. * Resolve basic technical inquiries regarding materials, inks, plates, and printing processes. * Forward complex issues to the appropriate department. * Update and maintain company system records. * Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and email). * Basic knowledge of flexography or willingness to learn. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. * Organized with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):** Experience in the printing or flexographic industry. Familiarity with order management and customer support systems.
