Job Summary: TECHUB is seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Production Assistant to support the preparation and verification of files for printing, ensuring technical correctness and quality standards. We invest in information technology, believing it enables us to help companies become more productive, profitable, and efficient. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing and verifying label and tag print files, ensuring technical accuracy and suitability for production processes, per quality standards and client specifications. * Receive and organize files sent by clients or the sales department. * Verify graphic files (colors, fonts, resolution, bleed, safety margins). * Perform basic artwork adjustments when necessary. * Prepare files for printing (imposition, crop marks, registration marks, etc.). * Convert colors to printing standards (CMYK, Pantone, or special colors). * Prepare files for flexographic plate engraving or other processes. * Generate digital proofs for review and approval. * Archive and organize files in the company’s system. * Support the production department with technical file-related adjustments. * Adhere to printing technical standards and internal procedures. * **Permanent position (CLT) \-** * Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 per month; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-site); **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical or undergraduate degree in **Graphic Design, Graphic Production, or related fields** is desirable. * Proficiency in the **Adobe** suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). * File packaging for printing. * Basic image editing. * Color systems (CMYK, Pantone). * Concepts of bleed, overprint, trapping, and resolution. * Familiarity with **flexography** or digital printing (preferred). * Easy access to the Northwest Zone of São Paulo\- Pirituba/ SP; * **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization * Agility * Teamwork * Strong communication skills * Commitment to deadlines **Additional Information*** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance / Dental Insurance * Tuition Assistance * Gympass * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Partnership At TECHUB, technology, business, and people converge to create something greater: integrated solutions that transform challenges into tangible results.
