**Job Description:** Assist the offset printing operator in preparing and operating the machines. Support feeding and removal of printed materials, ensuring continuous production flow. Perform machine cleaning, plate changes, and organization before and after print runs. Monitor the printing process, reporting quality deviations or operational issues. Inspect printed materials against technical specifications and quality standards. Organize the workplace, maintaining equipment and supplies in good condition. Assist in handling materials, inks, and plates as directed by leadership. Comply with company-established safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** Basic education (reading and writing ability). Technical or vocational training in Graphic Arts, Printing, or related fields is preferred. Basic knowledge of offset printing processes and graphic production routines.
