**Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Proactivity, agility, organization, and commitment. * Experience in the role. **Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM **Responsibilities** * Assist the printer in observing ink, paper, plates, and other specifications to fully understand the upcoming job requirements; * Assist in mounting the engraved plate onto the press, adjusting and securing it to the cylinder to prepare the press for the job; * Assist in adjusting pressure, margining, speed, inking, and dampening systems to conduct test runs for quality control approval and achieve the desired printing workflow; * Adjust the printing cylinder by inserting a packing material beneath its rubber blanket to achieve the correct diameter; run machine proofs by operating the press to verify print accuracy and perform necessary adjustments; * Assist the printer in adjusting controls to ensure proper operation and achieve the required print run. * Assist in preparing ink to achieve the desired color tone. * Retouch plates. * Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as machine cleanliness. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel voucher; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance (optional enrollment); * Dental insurance (optional enrollment); * Partnerships with educational institutions.
