Guiding assistants in performing tasks **Requirements** · Completed high school education; · Proven experience with a 10-color printing press. **Responsibilities** · Verify job specifications, observing ink, paper, plate, and other requirements; · Mount the engraved plate onto the press, adjusting and securing it onto the cylinder to configure the press for the job; · Adjust press mechanisms, regulating pressure, margin, speed, ink application, and dampening systems to conduct quality control approval tests; · Adjust the proofing cylinder and perform related adjustments; · Operate the press by activating its controls and monitoring its operation to achieve the scheduled print run; · Prepare ink to achieve the required color tone; · Operate the carbon manufacturing machine, adjusting blade measurements, replacing cylinders, performing adjustments, supplying ink, and weighing carbon rolls; · Guide assistants in performing assigned tasks, such as preparing dampening solution or loading paper. **Benefits** · Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel voucher; · Meal allowance – R$ 19.00/day; · Health insurance (optional enrollment); · Dental insurance (optional enrollment); · Partnerships with educational institutions. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–5:00 AM (flexible) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1,761.00 – R$3,172.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
