Focus on organization, discipline, and attention to detail **Gonçalves Packaging** is seeking an **OFF\-SET Assistant** to join our team. This position is essential to our production process, directly operating the equipment and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established manufacturing standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Exchange information with the previous shift's assistant, becoming fully informed about the ongoing production tasks to ensure seamless continuity of work. * Sort materials according to the work order, sourcing auxiliary products, consumables, and tooling required for the OFF\-SET printing machine, categorized by product type. * Dispose of waste generated during the process, transporting and depositing it in pre\-designated locations in accordance with environmental regulations. * Store used materials, consumables, and tools in pre\-designated locations for reuse in subsequent production runs. * Provide support to OFF\-SET operators. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** * Experience operating machinery in an industrial environment; * Experience in **offset** printing will be considered a plus; * Organizational skills and discipline in daily work routines; * Attention to detail and focus on quality. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
