Whether near you or on the other side of the world, at SEGULA Technologies you will find the opportunity that gives new meaning to your career! **Job Description** Logistics Assistant Itapevi, SP Employment Type \- CLT Work Mode \- On-site Schedule \- Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM \- (with one on-call day) Responsibilities: Ensure support for internal and external customers by arranging material dispatch and pickup within deadlines defined by Customer Service, Technical, and Planning departments, always seeking optimal cost-benefit. Pick parts according to sales department documents, perform invoicing, update inventory records, and prepare shipments. In case of discrepancies, escalate to the responsible department. Verify shipments against issued invoices to prevent incorrect deliveries to customers. Organize part transportation according to schedule and criticality, jointly defining the most suitable transport mode with Customer Service. Receive materials, perform physical and fiscal verification, record receipts in SAP, and store items according to designated locations. Pick parts for preventive maintenance based on pick lists and lists provided by Customer Service. Inspect returned consignment parts, report used items for invoicing, and execute required fiscal procedures. Monitor and archive invoice delivery receipts for audit purposes. Allocate freight costs, request payments from Finance, track weekly expenses, and provide clarifications to the manager. Support customers by issuing quotations, sales orders, and performing material picking and packaging. Organize inventory to ensure accuracy, quality, safety, and compliance with SIG requirements. **Qualifications** Completed High School Basic knowledge of fiscal regulations and inventory management SAP system knowledge Experience operating a forklift. **Additional Information** Availability to work on-site in Itapevi, SP
