Job Summary: Design, prototype, and document mechanical components, supporting project integration and validation. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical component modeling and detailing (SolidWorks) 2. Rapid prototyping using 3D printers and prototype assembly 3. Technical documentation preparation and engineering support Responsibilities: **What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * **Modeling and Detailing:** Develop and detail mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks; * **Rapid Prototyping:** Operate and perform basic maintenance on 3D printers (FDM/SLA) to fabricate functional parts; * **Assembly and Integration:** Physically assemble prototypes, integrating mechanical parts with electronic components, and support the senior team in project validation; * **Development Testing:** Conduct bench tests, collect data, and generate test reports to validate designed solutions; * **Technical Documentation:** Prepare and update technical documents, such as 2D manufacturing drawings ensuring correct application of dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances (form and position), assembly instructions, and documents supporting project transfer to production; * **Engineering Support:** Assist in supplier interface for part quotation and manufacturing, and support the team in failure investigation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Proficiency in SolidWorks, with practical experience in solid modeling, assemblies, and 2D detailing. * Hands-on experience: Skill with hand tools, measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and mechanism assembly. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings. * Organizational skills to document tests and maintain project change history. * Technical English (reading and interpreting catalogs and standards).
