Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset that transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **What will your day-to-day look like with us?** * Support the commercial team in managing dental technologies, such as intraoral scanners, 3D printers, and specialized software; * Contribute to data analysis and monitoring of departmental KPIs; * Assist in identifying business opportunities and organizing strategic information; * Support customer service, including generating usage licenses, tracking requests, and assisting in resolving demands; * Enter and monitor orders, contracts, and administrative transactions in internal systems; * Support order issuance and adjustments, contract organization, billing, and inventory control; * Contribute to organizing customer databases by product; * Assist in developing presentations and materials for the commercial team and leadership; * Track orders with logistics and support administrative routines within the department; * Responsible for issuing invoices and purchase order assignments for the department. **What qualifications or knowledge do you need?** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Interest in technology and commercial and administrative processes; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Basic Power BI knowledge (a plus); * English proficiency (a plus). **What can you expect here?** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental plan; * WellHub (GymPass); * Transportation voucher or parking subsidy.
