Review the details below: **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a Flexographic Printing Machine Operator in the flexible packaging industry * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively * Proactive attitude with a focus on safety * **Willingness to work in Jaguariúna-SP** * **Flexibility regarding working hours** **Responsibilities:** * Operate an 8-color flexographic printing machine, ensuring proper functionality throughout the entire printing process; * Control quality and productivity parameters according to work instructions; * Guide and support assistants in performing related tasks; * Perform necessary machine adjustments for job changes, ensuring efficiency and precision; * Adjust the machine to control registration, color, pressure, and product dimensions, as well as verify corona treatment and roll dimensions; * Continuously monitor production, identifying and correcting potential defects; * Accurately and comprehensively identify and record roll deficiencies, completing all required forms and systems; If you identify with this challenge and meet the requirements, don’t hesitate to apply.
