As a Senior Graphic Designer at STLFLIX, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that capture audience attention and promote our content. Your work will be essential in attracting new viewers, increasing social media engagement, and strengthening our brand. **Responsibilities:** * YouTube Thumbnail Creation: Designing attractive and optimized thumbnails to improve video CTR (Click-Through Rate). * Social Media Cover Design: Producing creative and customized covers for videos and posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). * Static Ad Development: Creating effective graphic advertisements for digital marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion and branding. * Assisting in Video Graphic Element Assembly: Collaborating on the creation of intros, lower thirds, motion graphics, and other visual elements to enrich video experiences. * Participating in Brainstorms: Contributing creative and innovative ideas for visual project development. * Ensuring Visual Quality: Guaranteeing all graphic assets align with STLFLIX’s visual identity and meet required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Adobe Suite: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software. * Graphic Design Knowledge: Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition. * Digital Content Production Experience: Familiarity with best practices for creating thumbnails, covers, and ads for digital platforms. * Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate original ideas and creative solutions for visual challenges. * Proactivity and Organization: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Artificial Intelligence (AI) Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools that can optimize and accelerate the creative process (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) is a plus. * Portfolio: Submission of a portfolio featuring relevant work in digital content graphic design. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Intermediate English (reading and writing). **What We Offer:** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) hiring model. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid work model in Joinville. * Innovative environment with space for idea development. * On-the-job English classes — 3 times per week during working hours, for all proficiency levels. * Referral bonus — brought a colleague?
