**Job Mission**
Develop visual solutions that directly support the commercial process, strengthen customer experience, ensure agility in proposal presentations, and guarantee the technical quality of produced graphic materials. Act as a liaison between Commercial and technical departments, translating client requirements into functional, feasible, and company printing-standard-aligned layouts.
**Main Responsibilities**
Create visual concepts and layouts for new packaging, aligned with brand strategies and market trends;
Apply principles of visual identity, legibility, and graphic impact while respecting technical and sustainable limitations of paper and printing processes;
Develop optimized final artwork for production, ensuring color fidelity and technical quality;
Research applicable design trends, materials, and printing technologies for the packaging market;
Propose creative and innovative solutions that increase the perceived value of the final product and optimize the production process;
Experiment with new techniques, finishes, and graphic structures together with the development and PD team;
Create packaging layouts, mockups, and conceptual artwork to assist in demonstrating solutions to clients;
Adapt existing materials for different formats, print runs, or customizations requested by Commercial;
Ensure print feasibility while adhering to technical standards;
Develop final artwork for samples, prototypes, and presentation materials;
Generate digital and physical proofs as needed, technically validating them with Production and Engineering;
Adjust artwork based on client feedback while maintaining visual and technical consistency;
Collaborate with Commercial and Engineering in developing new products, presenting prototypes and design alternatives;
Support the translation of client briefs into functional and innovative graphic solutions;
Present visual proposals, justifying concepts and their technical and marketing impacts;

Ensure file compliance with technical standards for printing and finishing;
Validate digital and printed proofs, adjusting colors and visual elements as needed;
Maintain standardization of client and company visual identities;
Contribute to a repository of references, case studies, and design innovations;
Participate in workshops and innovation groups, disseminating best practices;
Promote integration between design and operations, reinforcing industrial innovation culture;
Review and correct received files, adjusting elements according to technical requirements;
Apply bleed, color profiles, image conversions, and standardizations according to the printing process (offset, digital, or flexo);
Validate final file assembly before generating proofs or plating;
Support prepress artists and Engineering teams with technical guidance and file verification;
Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in prepress;
Perform other activities of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company;
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Visual Arts, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or extension course in Innovation, Packaging Design, Strategic Design, or Sustainability in Design (Preferred).
