We expect analytical ability, proactive attitude, and ownership over quality and continuous evolution, while maintaining high execution standards and reliability. **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve embedded firmware in C\+\+ for ESP32-based controllers. * Implement and validate communication via MDB protocol. * Perform advanced technical diagnostics and failure analysis on embedded devices. * Ensure stability and reliability in communication between controllers and systems. * Develop and adjust physical prototypes using 3D printing. * Structurally define and technically standardize automation kits. * Document technical workflows, tests, and validation standards. * Conduct field testing and provide advanced technical support when required. Requirements: * Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience developing embedded firmware in C\+\+. * Practical experience with microcontrollers, preferably ESP32. * Experience with MDB protocol. * Experience with 3D printer modeling and operation. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. * Self-motivated, analytical profile with strong technical responsibility. * Experience in PCB and electronic circuit planning and development.
