Job Responsibilities * Install plates; prepare inks and solvents according to production order. * Adjust registration, pressure, color alignment, and printing speed to ensure final product quality. * Operate the machine during the printing process, monitoring performance and making corrections whenever necessary. * Check print quality (colors, sharpness, alignment, coverage, and drying) according to the standards defined in the technical sheet or approved sample. \* Requirements: * Complete elementary education. * Experience in flexographic printing. * Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 3:25 PM to 12:49 AM.
