JOB OBJECTIVE** Prepare, adjust, and operate flexographic printing equipment, ensuring quality, productivity, and technical compliance of printed materials according to production orders and standards required by Gráfica NMC. Support the team in production, develop technical skills, and advance expertise in flexographic printing processes. **3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepare and operate flexographic machines, including print adjustments, registration, and color control. Assemble plates, anilox rolls, and inks following technical specifications. Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and equipment upkeep. Verify and ensure material compliance based on color proofs, technical sheets, and customer layout. Request assistance from senior operators to resolve technical issues. Record production data in the Metrics system and complete monitoring and quality control forms. Follow safety procedures and good manufacturing practices. **4. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma **Required Experience:** Prior experience or exposure in a graphic production environment will be an advantage (can include internships or support roles). ✅ 6.
