* Prepare and adjust the flexographic printing machine for production startup; * Assemble clichés, inks, anilox rollers, and cylinders; * Adjust printing parameters including registration, pressure, and drying; * Monitor the production process to ensure color quality and print alignment; * Supply the machine with required raw materials and consumables; * Monitor waste, defects, and machine downtime; * Conduct print tests and approve samples; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Complete production orders, production records, and quality control documentation; * Comply with safety regulations, workplace organization standards, and good manufacturing practices; * Identify and resolve basic issues occurring during machine operation; * Collaborate with Quality, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and Maintenance departments.
