**- REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma; . Previous experience in flexographic printing; . Knowledge of flexographic printing machines with gear and gearless systems, color analysis and control; . Others **- MISSION** Operate flexographic printing machines, ensuring work execution according to quality, productivity, and safety standards, contributing to the achievement of production targets. **- RESPONSIBILITIES** . Read machine scheduling and interpret Work Orders (WO), verifying specifications and requirements for task execution; . Prepare and assist in machine setup according to WO specifications; . Operate the machine, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines; . Collect process samples and forward them for laboratory analysis; . Analyze production output, identify deviations, and take corrective actions; . Clean the machine and organize the work area; . Dispose of waste materials properly; . Complete machine reports and checklists, as well as coil identification records; . Support the maintenance team in identifying failures during printer operation; . Assist other departments whenever necessary, as directed by the Team Leader; . Comply with all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook in all performed activities.
