Job Summary: Flexographic machine operator responsible for ensuring label production meets deadline and quality standards, configuring machines and performing maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure production within deadline and quality standards 2. Operate and configure flexographic printing machines 3. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines Responsibilities: Ensure production meets deadline and quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction. Operate and configure flexographic printing machines. Mount clichés and conduct print tests to ensure quality. Resolve technical issues such as registration and print quality. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, comply with safety and quality standards, to produce various products including labels. 1 \- Install and remove tooling from machines daily 2 \- Adjust tooling to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels of various dimensions! 3 \- Adjust tooling, mount and adjust clichés and ink rollers, load ink, adjust the entire assembly to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels with specific coloring. 4 \- Remove tooling, clean it, and store it properly in inventory. Proven work experience in this role is essential. Punctuality. Commitment. Responsibility.
