Job Summary: Flexographic printing machine operator responsible for ensuring the production of labels with quality and on schedule, performing machine operation, configuration, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and configure flexographic printing machines 2. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines 3. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality production Responsibilities: Ensure production occurs within time and quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction. Operate and configure flexographic printing machines. Mount clichés and conduct print tests to ensure quality. Resolve technical issues such as registration and print quality. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, comply with safety and quality standards, to produce various products such as labels. 1 \- Daily installation and removal of tooling from machines 2 \- Adjust tooling to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels of various dimensions! 3 \- Adjust tooling, mount and adjust clichés and ink rollers, load ink, and adjust the entire setup to produce adhesive or non-adhesive labels with specific color requirements. 4 \- Remove tooling, clean it, and store it properly in inventory. Proven work experience in this role is essential. Punctuality. Commitment. Responsibility.
