**Built by people who transform education** **All Arco positions are open to People with Disabilities.** In the XXXX team, you will be part of **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Perform technical validations of files, ensuring compliance with pre-press standards; * Support preparation and release of materials for graphic production (offset and digital); * Identify and correct technical inconsistencies in files (colors, fonts, images, bleed, etc.); * Provide operational support for the pre-press workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality; * Interact with internal teams to align adjustments and clarify technical questions; * Contribute to organizing and standardizing departmental processes. **To participate in our process, you must have:** * Degree in Graphic Design or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of pre-press processes; * Familiarity with file preparation for printing (PDF/X, bleed, crop marks, etc.); * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop); * Basic understanding of color systems (CMYK, RGB, color profiles); * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in printing companies, print shops, or editorial pre-press; * Knowledge of production workflows for offset and digital printing; * Basic knowledge of image processing and color adjustment; * Experience handling large volumes of files and simultaneous requests; * Familiarity with automation tools or pre-press workflows (RIP, imposition, etc.); * Proactive profile with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in the field. **What you’ll find at Arco, beyond incredible people:** + Meal and/or food allowance + Health and dental insurance + Transportation allowance + Extended maternity and paternity leave + Childcare allowance + Health care: partnerships with Wellhub and Zenklub + Education incentive + Discount on airline tickets + Pet health insurance partnership + Access to Arco’s educational materials for employees’ children + Partnerships for MBA and postgraduate programs **\#MoreDiversity** We believe that in a diverse and inclusive environment, our **people will be happier, more engaged**, and have **greater opportunities to reach their full potential**.
