Responsibilities: Ensure internal and external customer service by arranging material shipments and pickups within deadlines set by Customer Service, Planning, and technical departments, always seeking optimal cost-benefit. Pick parts according to sales documents, perform invoicing, update inventory records, and prepare shipments. In case of discrepancies, notify the responsible department. Verify shipments against issued invoices to prevent incorrect deliveries. Organize part transportation according to schedule, selecting the appropriate transport method based on location and customer urgency. Perform material receipt, verification, ERP system entry (SAP), and storage. Pick parts for preventive maintenance following "pickings" and lists provided by Customer Service. Inspect returned consignment parts, report used items, and execute fiscal procedures. Monitor and archive invoice delivery receipts for auditing purposes. Allocate freight costs, request carrier payments, report freight values, and provide clarifications when necessary. Serve customers, issue quotations, sales orders, and perform material picking and packaging.
