**Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience operating a 10-color printing press. **Responsibilities** * Verify job specifications, checking ink, paper, plates, and other details; * Mount the engraved plate onto the press, adjusting and securing it to the cylinder to configure the press for the job; * Adjust machine mechanisms—regulating pressure, margining, speed, inking, and dampening devices—to conduct quality control approval tests; * Adjust the printing cylinder and proof-run the press, performing necessary adjustments; * Operate the press by activating its controls and monitoring its operation to achieve the scheduled print run; * Prepare ink to achieve the required color tone; * Operate the carbon manufacturing machine—adjusting knife measurements, replacing cylinders, performing adjustments, supplying ink, and weighing carbon rolls; * Instruct assistants on assigned tasks, such as preparing dampening solution or loading paper. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel voucher; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance (optional enrollment); * Dental insurance (optional enrollment).
