Job Summary:
Operate a 10-color printing press, perform adjustments and quality control, prepare inks, and guide assistants in their tasks.

**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum of 1 year’s verifiable experience operating a 10-color printing press.
**Responsibilities**
* Verify job specifications, noting requirements for inks, paper, plates, and other details;
* Mount the engraved plate onto the press, adjusting and securing it onto the cylinder to configure the press for the job;
* Adjust press mechanisms by regulating pressure, margining, speed, inking, and dampening devices to conduct test runs for quality control approval.
* Adjust the printing cylinder and proofing cylinder, performing necessary adjustments;
* Operate the press by activating its controls and monitoring its operation to achieve the scheduled print run.
* Prepare ink to achieve the correct color tone.
* Operate the carbon manufacturing machine, adjusting knife measurements, replacing cylinders, performing adjustments, supplying ink, and weighing carbon rolls.
* Guide assistants in performing assigned tasks, such as preparing dampening solution or loading paper.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Saturday (flexible shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, or 10:00 PM–5:00 AM).
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract
Salary: R$3.205,53 – R$6.000,00 per month
