Join this challenge and help transform our country through education alongside the Instituto Ânima team! **Responsibilities for the Senior Controller Analyst position:** * Validate financial closing via ERP; * Validate, manage, and update financial and accounting cost centers; * Ensure data reflects accountability reporting guidelines; * Coordinate monthly accounting closing and consolidate monthly closing with accounting; * Conduct accounting analyses, ledger by cost center, trial balances, and financial statements; * Ensure integration and coordination across all areas to maintain proper consistency between budget and financial and accounting execution, considering the chart of accounts structure; * Manage intangible assets and oversee fixed assets, including new fixed assets and their accounting treatment; * Coordinate relations with external accounting and auditing firms; * Ensure timely completion of all tasks; * Validate registrations on financial platforms (ERP, Voll, etc). **Desired Profile:** The candidate must reside in São Paulo – SP, and possess: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controlling, or related fields; * Proficiency in ERP systems; * In\-depth knowledge of accounting standards; * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. **Additional Information:** * Employment type \- Permanent CLT contract (44 hours\/week); * Education allowance \- Two scholarships at Ânima Education Ecosystem universities (undergraduate and\/or postgraduate); * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal voucher and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher; * Childcare allowance for mothers\*Per CCT; * Monthly remote work allowance \| Ergonomic allowance to set up your workspace; * Wellhub and Totalpass\| SESC membership card; * Birthday day off \| Half day off on children’s birthdays; * People Value (voucher for celebrations: marriage, birth, or graduation).
