Job Summary: A public relations agency is seeking a Senior Communications Analyst for press advisory services, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Key Highlights: 1. A public relations and corporate communications consultancy based in Guarulhos seeks a Senior Communications Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Perform press advisory, public relations, and communications activities, including news monitoring in U.S. and Brazilian media and on social networks regarding economic, political, regulatory, and technology topics. Conduct media clipping, produce diverse written materials, and support stakeholder relationship meetings. Critically analyze journalist and content creator profiles to identify exposure opportunities and risks. Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant journalists, influencers, and content creators. Produce, revise, and edit content in English and Portuguese, including articles, copy, features, and institutional materials for the company and its clients. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as defined in the client’s scope of work. Proactively suggest and produce reports on various topics of interest. Contribute to developing strategies and processes to enhance the company’s and team’s working methods. Support agency development initiatives and strengthen internal company culture. Assist in organizing institutional and stakeholder engagement events for the company and its clients. Align all activities with the company’s core values: diligence, quality, innovation, development, and perseverance. Previous experience as a Communications Specialist, Communications Coordinator, Marketing Analyst, or Communications Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
