Description: 1\. Academic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Political Science, Communications, Agribusiness, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Government Relations, International Trade, Public Policy, Corporate Diplomacy, or related areas is a strong advantage.
2\. Skills
* Ability to analyze political, regulatory, legislative, and institutional scenarios.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in briefings, executive reports, technical notes, and high-level presentations.
* Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and multidisciplinary topics.
* Proficiency in project logic, organization, and internal deliverable tracking.
3\. Tools (Expected Proficiency)* Advanced Microsoft Office suite, especially:
* PowerPoint for executive presentations.
* Excel for analysis, consolidation, and KPIs.
* Collaboration and management tools:
* SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
* Power BI (advantage)
4\. Languages* Advanced English (required for meetings, materials, and interaction with international stakeholders).
* Spanish is an important advantage, especially for engagements within Mercosur.
1\. Institutional Monitoring and Intelligence* Track regulatory, legislative, sanitary, and political issues impacting the business.
* Analyze scenarios, risks, and opportunities, and produce executive reports to support decision-making, particularly for the Institutional Committee.
2\. Stakeholder Engagement* Build and maintain relationships with public agencies, sectoral associations, embassies, agricultural attachés, multilateral organizations, and industry associations.
* Represent the company in meetings, forums, thematic committees, and public consultations.
* Support leadership in high-level interactions by preparing briefings, talking points, and supporting materials.
3\. Strategic Projects and Market Opening* Serve as the focal point across departments (technical-operational, legal-regulatory, commercial, communications).
* Organize and establish a single channel with clearly defined information flows, ensuring alignment and timely responses to external requests.
* Support qualification processes, international audits, and agendas with foreign governments.
* Support projects related to market opening, expansion, and maintenance.
