We seek an SDR focused on goals for new business development and active prospecting in the insurance market. \- Active customer prospecting (phone, social media, referrals); \- Lead identification and qualification; \- Scheduling meetings and presenting the brokerage's solutions; \- Management of the initial sales funnel; \- Collaboration with the technical team to optimize outreach strategies. Requirements: Experience in prospecting and sales; Knowledge of or strong interest in the insurance market; Ambition, excellent communication skills, resilience, and organization; Familiarity with the Quiver system (a plus).
