We’re waiting for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a Fullstack Mobile Software Architect: design and define comprehensive solution proposals (mobile frontend using Angular/Ionic and BFF using Node/Nest), translate business requirements into technical criteria, architectural patterns, technical implementations, and break down User Stories into detailed tasks; * Map and analyze the current project, identify technical debt, and propose action plans for resolution; * Support developers in understanding software architecture, aligning business rules, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and development requirements; * Lead and guide technical refinement discussions, promoting clarity and alignment among team members; * Ensure compliance with previously defined cloud architecture requirements; * Maintain appropriate and sustainable documentation processes for projects under your responsibility; * Ensure and foster best practices in observability, testing, security, and performance across the software lifecycle; * Define and evolve communication standards between the mobile app and the BFF, ensuring clear API contracts, versioning, and efficient calls; * Define and ensure the event tagging strategy for analytics, guaranteeing traceability, data quality, and alignment with Product and Data teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Core Requirements** * Clear communication (written and verbal) in remote environments, with ability to translate technical decisions for diverse audiences * Experience in technical leadership (establishing standards, best practices, and guiding teams) * Proficiency in Angular and Ionic/Capacitor for hybrid mobile application development * Experience with native development when required * Strong focus on mobile app performance and stability **Backend and Architecture** * Experience with Node.js (NestJS) and BFF development * Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript * Solid knowledge of Design Patterns and architectural best practices **Data and Integrations** * Experience with MySQL (modeling and performance) * Hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Messaging, Firestore) * Knowledge of NoSQL databases * Implementation of analytics events (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, GTM or similar) **Quality and DevOps** * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) * Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD * Advanced Git usage (gitflow, PRs, code review) * Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably GCP) **Methodologies** * Experience with Scrum or Kanban **Nice-to-Haves** * Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) * Knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) * Observability (Prometheus, Grafana or similar) * Experience publishing apps (App Store and Google Play) * Mobile strategies (offline support, caching, push notifications) * Micro-frontends or mobile app modularization **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Flexible working hours; * Flat organizational structure; * Casual dress code; * Bike and scooter parking (if visiting the office); * Cross-brand growth opportunities; * Citizen Company: Our employees enjoy extended parental leave; **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Commuter allowance; * Meal and food vouchers; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Childcare assistance; * Assistance for children with disabilities; * Performance bonus; * Birthday day off; * Alelo Multibenefícios; * Allya — app-based partnerships and discounts; * Pet health insurance; **Plus, these Mutant-purpose benefits:** * Freedom to be yourself.
