The professional will be responsible for performing masonry work, civil repairs, and corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring facility preservation according to contractual standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform masonry, plastering, floor tiling, and cladding installation * Carry out minor structural repairs and finishing works * Conduct corrective and preventive building maintenance * Adhere to safety regulations, internal procedures, and supervision instructions * Maintain workplace organization and ensure proper use of tools and PPE **Requirements** * Proven experience as a mason * Knowledge of general construction and building maintenance services * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with outsourced contracts or public agencies * Experience in continuous building maintenance **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Benefits as per collective bargaining agreement * Organized and structured work environment Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 30 days Compensation: R$2\.574,37 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
