Position: Infrastructure Projects Coordinator The professional will be responsible for coordinating and executing infrastructure project management for developments, from the prospecting phase through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, technical quality, and the company’s strategic guidelines. ? Key Responsibilities * Coordinate infrastructure projects (roadways, drainage, sanitation, earthworks, etc.) with multidisciplinary technical monitoring and evaluation; * Lead the infrastructure project approval process with public agencies and utility concessionaires; * Prepare, review, and monitor infrastructure construction budgets; * Provide office-based support during construction implementation, offering technical assistance; * Develop cost studies and preliminary estimates for new projects and prospective areas; * Act as the interface between internal departments (business, product, construction, procurement, etc.) and external partners; * Support portfolio project management, contributing to strategic decisions within the area. ? Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management; * Experience in construction budgeting; * Experience in construction execution is a plus; * Knowledge of urban infrastructure, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth; Civil 3D is a plus. * Analytical ability and autonomy; * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills; * Proactive and solution-oriented profile; ?
