Strong desire for professional growth and technical advancement About the Role We are looking for a Mid-level or Senior Video Editor to work on-site during business hours, Monday through Friday. More than technical proficiency, we seek someone who genuinely loves the profession, operates autonomously on a daily basis, and wishes to grow long-term alongside our company. **Main Responsibilities** * Independently manage video editing projects from script to final delivery * Interpret concise scripts and transform them into well-executed videos * Resolve common technical issues encountered during editing * Make creative decisions when necessary, without requiring constant supervision * Strictly adhere to internal processes: project organization, folder and file standardization, correct material upload and management **Mandatory Requirements** * **Proven experience in video editing, with a consistent portfolio (preferably across diverse niches)** * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro * Knowledge of and experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator within the workflow **Nice-to-Have** * Knowledge of Adobe After Effects * Experience in Motion Graphics * Experience producing content across various formats: social media, YouTube, advertising, and corporate content Desired Profile * Committed to deadlines and deliverables * Organized, disciplined, responsible, and reliable * Proactive, with strong problem-solving ability * Open to feedback, new processes, and continuous learning * Strong desire for professional growth and technical advancement * Fully dedicated to this role during working hours — not suitable for individuals juggling multiple clients or handling a high volume of parallel freelance work **Work Routine** 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, during business hours, with full availability throughout the workday. **Compensation** Approximately R$ 4,000, with a probationary period in the first month.
