Proactive guest service to meet guest needs Tryp by Wyndham Hotel is a benchmark in accommodation quality and service; we are seeking professionals who wish to grow with us and are committed to joining a strong, dedicated team. * Salary: BRL 3000.00 * Meal Allowance: BRL 360.00 \+ Medical Insurance fully covered by the company (only co-payment borne by employee) \+ Dental Insurance fully covered by the company **Prerequisites:** * Interpersonal skills; * Proactivity; * Commitment to quality standards and presentation; * Agility; * Organization. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in scheduling and daily workflow management for housekeepers; * Ensure staff are adequately trained and equipped with appropriate tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively. * Inspect tasks performed by room attendants and keep the coordinator updated on room status. * Report missing, malfunctioning, or broken items and equipment in guest rooms. * Inspect all assigned areas and ensure guest rooms and suites are stocked with supplies, equipment, linens, and that floor public areas are clean and in good condition to ensure guest comfort. Notify staff of deficiencies and instruct them on corrective actions. Arrange retraining when necessary. * Inspect housekeeper carts and linen inventory to verify cleanliness, good condition, and adequate stock levels. * Monitor guest complaints and special requests, ensuring corrective actions are taken for full guest satisfaction. * Control expenses and minimize costs across all housekeeping areas. * Report the need to purchase new equipment to improve room attendants’ quality and efficiency. * Implement monthly quality checklists to enhance room attendants’ work quality. * All duties related to the position Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Housekeeping Leadership (Preferred)
