If you are organized and detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and validate the tax classification of new customers and suppliers. * Determine the applicability of withholding taxes (IRRF, CSRF, ISS, INSS); * Configure and review tax codes (NCM, CEST, CFOP); * Verify tax compliance with public agencies (Sintegra, RFB, Municipalities); * Provide advisory support to Procurement and Sales departments regarding tax impacts on specific operations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education** Technical high school diploma with specializations in Accounting and Administration Desirable: High school diploma with specializations in Accounting and Administration **Experience** Previous experience in tax offices or cleansing third-party registration databases. **Technical knowledge** Desirable proficiency in ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and special tax regimes (Simples Nacional). **Tools** Intermediate/Advanced Excel and registration systems **Differentiators (Desirable knowledge)** * Knowledge of **Substitution Tax (ST) rules**. * Experience with data query automation tools (e.g., CNPJ/Sintegra query platforms). * Basic understanding of **LGPD** (General Data Protection Law) as applied to registrations. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 28.99 per working day. * Health insurance * Daycare allowance for children up to one year and six months old. * Day off; * Remote work.
