




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and fully managing construction site routines and interfaces, including schedule, design documents, labor, contracts, budget, and quality. Opportunity to apply proactivity and leadership in construction management. **JOB DESCRIPTION** · Monitoring construction site routines jointly with the engineer; · Monitoring all support activities for the construction site and managing these interfaces (procurement, budgets, design documents, public agencies, etc.); · Execution and monitoring of the construction schedule; · Management, analysis, and interpretation of construction design documents; · Labor force management; · Contract and measurement control and monitoring for contractors and suppliers; · Execution of service measurements for contractors and suppliers; · Verification, updating, and maintenance of the construction budget; · Responsible for maintaining quality of services executed on-site; · Responsible for managing digital and physical construction documents; · Monitoring of KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, and safety); · Participation in the development and revision of technical and operational procedures; · Management of technological control on-site; · Analysis of team performance and on-site productivity; · Identification of procurement needs for requisition; · Comprehensive management of materials required for service execution; · Management of completion of control forms and reports (construction diary, FVS, FVM, service spreadsheet). **EDUCATION** · Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (from the 4th year onward); **EXPERIENCE** · Experience in construction execution; · Experience in reading and interpreting design documents; · Experience in construction control and planning; · Administrative experience on construction sites; · Experience managing contractors; **PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES** · Computer literacy; · Proactivity; · Leadership; · Flexibility in problem solving; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY)** · Familiarity with the TOTVS platform. · Familiarity with MS Project Employment type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
