Leadership in a financial environment with a focus on results and governance. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Develop strategic plans for areas under your responsibility, aligned with objectives established by the Board of Directors and Sicoob system guidelines. * Coordinate periodic Executive Meetings and represent the Executive Board before the Board of Directors. * Promote achievement of objectives for each area under your responsibility, in accordance with the Institution's structure. * Ensure efficiency and continuity of critical processes within your area of responsibility, considering regulatory, legal, and normative requirements issued by Sicoob. * Safeguard the integrity and quality of the Institution's image before public and governmental bodies, cooperatives, employees, and partners, reinforcing the Sicoob system brand, its positioning, and representativeness. * Provide reporting on economic\-financial performance results assessed by respective areas, as well as any compliance failures, among others, inherent to operations and activities. * Ensure competitiveness and support in Human Resources Management through updating, maintaining, and implementing corporate policies and programs offered and required according to the Directorate's needs. * Manage budgetary control monitoring. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in related areas; * Experience in a Financial Institution. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Health insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, WellHub
