We welcome candidates from all regions of Brazil \=D **Responsibilities and duties** On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to handle the following processes: * Develop and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript (Fastify). * Design, implement, and evolve authentication and authorization solutions for enterprise applications. * Develop integrations between distributed systems and enterprise platforms, ensuring security, performance, and availability. * Work on building and maintaining architectures based on microservices and cloud-native applications. * Implement authentication mechanisms using industry standards such as OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO). * Integrate applications with multiple identity providers and proprietary authentication solutions. * Participate in defining technical architectures, contributing to scalability, security, and observability of solutions. * Develop and maintain event-driven integrations and distributed services. * Work in cloud environments, performing deployment, monitoring, and optimization of applications. * Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with business needs. * Ensure code quality through good development practices, testing, and technical reviews. **Requirements and qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience developing backend applications using Python (FastAPI) and/or JavaScript (Fastify). * Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. * Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization using: OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, SSO, RBAC, and ABAC. * Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL). * Experience with containers using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. * Knowledge of observability, application monitoring, and troubleshooting. * Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and/or GCP. * Knowledge of application and API security. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. * Experience with cloud-native applications and event-oriented architectures.
