Organization and cleanliness of counters and cabinets **Position: Customer Service Representative / Counter Clerk** **Mission:** Deliver high-quality customer service while conducting sales in a fast and efficient manner. **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Inform customers about postal products and services (e.g., SEDEX, letters, telegrams, etc.). * Conduct sales in accordance with established campaigns and targets. * Request supplies from the Treasury Department and perform inventory verification. * Ensure organization and up-to-date maintenance of area files. * Comply with franchise rules and regulations to ensure process standardization. **Performance Indicators:** * Efficiency in customer service. * Maintenance of orderly material inventory. * Organization and cleanliness of counters and cabinets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in customer-facing roles. * Interpersonal skills, organizational ability, flexibility, efficiency, and attention to detail. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 1.817,05 (gross) * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 528.00 * **Basic Food Basket:** R$ 115.00 * **Monday to Friday** Employment Type: CLT (formal employment contract) Payment: R$1.817,05 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
