Visit: https://www.genialinvestimentos.com.br **\#JoinGenial** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the company’s go-to copywriting authority, ensuring textual excellence across all channels and campaigns. * Develop creative concepts and narratives for institutional, retail, and acquisition campaigns. * Produce copy for performance campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, social media, videos, sales presentations, corporate materials, and brand content. * Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand positioning. * Collaborate closely with design, media, production, and commercial teams. * Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and end-to-end (360°) campaign development. * Translate complex financial market topics into clear, elegant, and persuasive communication. * Monitor trends in communication, consumer behavior, and performance- and branding-oriented copywriting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in copywriting and advertising writing. * Portfolio mandatory, featuring relevant original campaigns. * Proven track record of developing full campaigns and creative concepts. * Impeccable writing skills, broad creative repertoire, and strong argumentation ability. * Advanced mastery of persuasion techniques, storytelling, and conversion-focused writing. * Experience working in high-performance, fast-paced environments. * Experience in the financial sector, fintechs, banks, investment firms, or related industries will be considered a significant advantage. * On-site, collaborative profile with strong execution capability. **Advantages** * Experience with acquisition campaigns in the financial segment. * Knowledge of consumer behavior and conversion funnels. * Familiarity with investment terminology, economics, and business language. **Additional Information** We seek professionals eager to grow, roll up their sleeves, and make things happen.
