SEEL ENGENHARIA is seeking a professional for the position of Contracts Manager to manage engineering and infrastructure construction contracts focused on the energy sector, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, schedules, budgets, and targets established by Emae. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead planning, mobilization, and execution of projects, coordinating human, material, equipment, and financial resources. Monitor construction and service execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and technical requirements defined by Emae and regulatory agencies. Supervise multidisciplinary teams, promoting alignment, productivity, interdepartmental integration, and effective communication among operational, technical, and administrative teams. Act as the primary interface with Emae, suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors, ensuring sound relationships, technical alignment, and contract objective fulfillment. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as costs, deadlines, productivity, physical progress, safety, and customer satisfaction, proposing continuous improvements when necessary. Ensure contractual risk management, identifying deviations, impacts, and opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and monitor the contract’s financial flow, including invoicing, measurements, cost control, amendments, profit margin, and claims management. Coordinate the preparation of managerial reports and executive presentations for senior management and Emae, demonstrating construction progress, results, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements for the energy and infrastructure sectors. Experience in engineering contract management, infrastructure construction, and energy projects. Experience interacting with concessionaires, public enterprises, or clients in the electric power sector is a plus. Knowledge of legislation, technical standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to engineering and infrastructure. Knowledge of construction management, measurements, planning, budgeting, and financial control. Advanced proficiency in management tools, engineering software, and Microsoft Office suite.
