Monitor project approvals with public agencies Position: Architect – Crescer Real Estate Developer Location: Méier – Rio de Janeiro Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) | Compensation: BRL 10,000.00 + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday – Business Hours We are looking for an Architect to join the team of a real estate developer and construction company located in Méier. We seek a professional who is analytical, organized, and technically proficient, capable of ensuring excellence in project coordination and oversight of legal processes. Responsibilities: Perform BIM-based project coordination, ensuring interdisciplinary integration and technical compliance. Monitor project approvals with public agencies, including the Municipal Government and utility providers. Prepare, review, and validate technical documents required for approval processes. Support the engineering and product development teams with technical solutions during design and construction phases. Ensure all stages comply with current regulations and company guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Experience with BIM projects (Revit). Practical experience in project coordination and regulatory approval procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication ability. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with real estate developers or construction companies. Knowledge of urban planning legislation in Rio de Janeiro.
