All rights reserved.** × **Responsibilities and attributes** * Execute product sales processes under the brand’s guidelines, following established scripts and procedures, and fully complying with all required processes * Register, resell, and contact customers in the system, on digital platforms, and through company-defined processes * Issue and monitor processes to ensure adherence to delivery and return deadlines for commercial proposals * Maintain relationships with the sales pipeline using available tools for customer acquisition * Process credit approval and collect registration documentation for credit release * Address customer complaints and suggestions regarding service quality * Re-engage former customers to add value * Assist with internal control spreadsheets and data provided by the company for monitoring and managing the selection process * Provide feedback to internal departments and customers to support business development * Develop new business opportunities for the company and continuously collaborate with other departments and leadership * Stay updated on market trends, processes, and products * Ensure high-quality customer service and product standards * Monitor key company indicators (NPS, Reclame Aqui, and NPS) * Act as an agent of transformation and responsibility, pursuing excellence while empowering others **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree — currently enrolled or completed What excites you?
