ACCESS CONTROL \- GARAGE Location: Porto Ferreira \| Mode: In-person Type: CLT Job Mission Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials at the AVS garage, ensuring asset security, compliance with internal regulations, and accurate registration of the operational fleet. Key Responsibilities 1\. Gate and Fleet Control \- Authorize bus entry and exit according to CCO traffic order \- Verify prefix, driver, and conductor upon departure/arrival of each trip \- Record exact departure and return times of all vehicles in system/spreadsheet \- Control entry of third-party vehicles 2\. Personnel Control and Asset Security \- Identify and register all visitors, service providers, and employees \- Conduct perimeter patrols and report any suspicious activity \- Manage issuance and return of keys, radios, and equipment \- Prevent unauthorized or intoxicated individuals from entering 3\. Administrative Routines \- Complete the incident logbook with all relevant events during the shift \- Generate fleet movement reports for traffic/maintenance departments \- Verify materials entering/exiting the garage against invoices 4\. Customer Service and Professional Demeanor \- Serve as the company's first point of contact for drivers, inspectors, and public agencies \- Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor \- Contact police/guard in case of intrusion or disturbance Mandatory Requirements \- Completed high school education \- Security guard/security officer training is a plus \- Minimum 6 months' experience in access control or gatekeeping \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for spreadsheet use \- Legible handwriting and good writing skills for the incident logbook \- Full availability: 12x36 rotating schedule (day/night), including Sundays and holidays \- Profile: Attentive, discreet, confident in approaching people, must remain awake on duty Working Hours 12x36 Schedule \- AVS Benefits \- Transportation Allowance \- free pass on company bus lines \- Food Basket Dental Plan after probation period \- Life Insurance Important: Position requires working in a guard booth.
