Project Supervisor | Architecture

Description

You will be part of the **Projects Team \| Buildings.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate BIM projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical coordination among architecture, structural engineering, foundations, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, and other disciplines involved in project development; * Collaborate in project development based on client-provided guidelines and requirements; * Support scope definition, needs assessment, and technical alignment across project phases; * Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information; * Execute, monitor, and administer schedules and costs; * Monitor project progress and address emerging issues; * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports; * Interface with clients, suppliers, and construction companies; * Monitor and guide construction execution, ensuring adherence to the project design; * Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements; * Ensure compliance with standards (ABNT), local legislation, and urban planning guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory), ACC, and BIM Collaborate Pro; * Minimum five years of professional experience as a team leader and project supervisor in the buildings/corporate segment; * Experience in project management from conception through delivery; * Experience managing implementation and fit-out construction projects; * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously; * Strong client relationship and teamwork skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in high-end real estate development and corporate projects is a plus. **Additional information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday Day Off Hybrid work model Equipment required to perform your job Partnerships with Educational Institutions At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
