Preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic installations **Seeking a Plumber Level II candidate** **Company: Tekno Sistemas de Engenharia Ltda.** **Address: Av Ibiuna, 86, Vila Aricanduva, São Paulo, SP** **Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48** **Salary: R$ 2.664,75 + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Allowance (VA) of R$ 485.00** **Hazardous work allowance: 40% over the minimum wage** **Digital employment record registration** **Submit resume and digital employment record as PDF** **Behavioral Skills:** **Reading hydraulic blueprints, schematics, and diagrams; Installation and maintenance of cold water, hot water, sewage, and ventilation networks; Assembly of PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and galvanized steel piping; Leak-tightness testing and leak detection; Installation and repair of sanitary ware, faucets, and sanitary systems; Knowledge of standards (NBR 5626, NBR 8160, NBR 7229); Use of specialized tools (pipe cutters, threading dies, compression pliers, heat guns, wrenches).** **RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble, install, and repair hydraulic and sanitary systems; Ensure correct sealing and proper system operation; Follow technical and safety standards during installation; Record and report irregularities, leaks, or hazards; Adhere to maintenance schedules. Work involving sewage systems.** **Typical Activities: Cutting, joining, and securing pipes and fittings; Installing valves, shut-off cocks, traps, pumps, and water heaters; Performing pipe welding (heat fusion, cold welding, or torch welding); Cleaning and unclogging sewage or stormwater networks; Conducting hydrostatic tests and verifying pressure and leak-tightness; Replacing damaged or worn components; Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic installations.** **Behavioral Profile:** **Attention to detail and precision in measurements and connections.
