Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical machines and equipment, diagnosing faults, and participating in analyses. Teamwork with a focus on safety and proactivity **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and responsibility. * Agility in problem solving. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and preventive mindset. * Attention to detail and focus on safety. **Technical Competencies** * Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance * Mechanical Fault Diagnosis * Knowledge of Systems * Sheet Metal Work * Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings * Assembly and Disassembly of Mechanical Components * Overhead Crane Operation (when certified) * Torch Welding and Cutting (MIG WELDING) * Creation of maintenance orders, support in procurement area, and indicator control. * Experience with Specific Machinery **Main Responsibilities** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and mechanical machines and equipment, following schedules and technical procedures; Diagnose faults in equipment such as industrial machines, using measuring instruments, software, and specific techniques for part replacement and complex repairs; Investigate root causes of failures, report issues to the immediate supervisor, and participate in meetings with the coordinator to align demands and requirements. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities; Installation of mechanical systems and components. Conduct failure analysis of equipment and facilities, propose countermeasures to resolve problems; Create and confirm maintenance notes and orders. Perform welding and torch operations when certified (**MIG WELDING**); Read and interpret technical drawings and sketches to support maintenance activities; Perform adjustment work on assemblies and subassemblies (e.g., gearboxes, pumps); And other duties within the area.
