Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs, facility upkeep, and basic technical services. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Execution of minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs 3. Ensuring proper operation of doors, windows, and furniture * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities * Execute minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and fuses * Repair leaks, faucets, and flush valves Facility Upkeep * Regularly inspect equipment and structures * Identify faults and propose solutions * Ensure proper operation of doors, windows, and furniture * Adjust and calibrate equipment Basic Technical Services * Painting walls and touch-ups * Masonry repairs (plastering, minor fixes) * Assembly and disassembly of furniture * Technical cleaning of equipment and areas Control and Organization * Record completed services * Manage materials and tools * Request purchase of parts when necessary Safety and Regulations * Use PPE correctly * Follow occupational safety regulations * Prevent risks and accidents in the workplace Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.837,40 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
