Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in civil, hydraulic, and electrical areas; Carry out masonry repairs, painting, cladding, and minor structural repairs; Maintain hydraulic systems, including pipe repairs, faucets, and flush valves; Perform basic interventions in electrical systems, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, and minor repairs; Identify faults and propose appropriate solutions; Ensure organization and preservation of materials and tools. **Requirements:** ----------------- Practical knowledge of civil, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance; Prior experience in this role is a plus; Proactivity, responsibility, and organizational skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
