Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective building maintenance, including minor masonry repairs, painting, and basic electrical work. Assisting in organizing materials and tools **JOB OPENING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MOEMA (SP)** We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** with experience in **hydraulics**, to work on building maintenance in the **Moema – São Paulo** region. Main Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems (e.g., faucet, valve, shut-off valve, trap, unclogging, pipe repairs, flush tanks, etc.); * Minor masonry, painting, and basic electrical repairs; * Supervising third-party service providers when required; * Daily inspection of facilities to identify potential issues; * Assisting in organizing work materials and tools. Requirements: * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of building hydraulic maintenance; * Basic understanding of electricity and civil maintenance; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Ability to work well in a team.
